Nearly done with school, which means I can start a travel blog!

I officially leave for Israel on January 13th and arrive in Jerusalem on January 14th. I will be attending Hebrew University of Jerusalem and be a student of the Rothberg International School, where I will take courses in English with other international students. I will most likely take Foreign Policy of Israel, International Law, and an Arab-Israeli relations course. Of course I'll also be taking 2-3 more levels of Hebrew, including a month-long intensive language school called ulpan. I will be living in a single bedroom in a student apartment on campus with four other people who I believe will be a mix of international students and possibly Israeli students. Since the flight my school arranged leaves from Newark I will be spending time on the East Coast for the week prior to my departure visiting Lee, Sherry, Karli, Cassidy and Anslie in Maryland, and Emily in Manhattan. I have been preparing and planning since the moment I arrived back in the U.S. from Israel in June, and am thrilled its finally happening. I will keep this blog for anyone who wants to check in on me and for me own record. I would love to hear from anyone while I am away since I will still have full internet access.
