Life in Israel isn't all fun and games. It's also cleaning the shower. And getting your picture taken while cleaning the shower because its so shocking for an American girl to be voluntarily cleaning a shower. But look at how happy I am - I'm cheerfully scrubbing off who knows how many months of grime and mildew because its just that much fun to clean a shower in Israel. I might mention I used so much chemical clorox to try and scrub that thing clean that my face and eyes burned for a day and a half but it was worth it. Actually, I'm not sure if thats true. The shower kind of looks the same. But it, you know, feels cleaner. To me. My roommate Arye and I joked that I should put this picture on a dating website but I settled on my blog.
